At Bridle Farms, we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure your products are packaged and delivered fresh.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will receive a full refund of the total order amount.

Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as your order may have already been processed, prepared, or scheduled for delivery.
