This box is made for true filet lovers. Every steak in this box is 100% grass fed, raised naturally on open BC pastures with no added hormones. Filets come from the tenderloin, the most tender muscle on the entire cow. Because this muscle does very little work, the meat develops a soft, buttery texture that cuts like no other steak.
Filet is considered one of the most premium cuts in the world, known for its incredible tenderness, clean flavour, and elegant presentation on the plate. It has a lean profile with just enough natural marbling to stay juicy, especially when it comes from cattle raised on grass their whole lives.
