Daniel Westerby These New York Strip Steaks were tasty and they were tender. That said, they didn't look like the pics of the NY Strip steaks on the Bridle website. Ours had quite a bit more fat on the edges and if I had been shopping for this type of steak at the local grocer, I would not have purchased them because of that. That extra fat just adds weight and cost, it doesn't add anything else to the experience. I cut it all off, which is to our taste. So far we're disappointed with our experience with Bridle. Grass fed is good, but that's the only thing there is to make our experience good.
