This box is perfect for anyone who loves a classic, tender, richly flavoured steak. Every New York strip we include is 100% grass fed, hormone free, and raised on open BC pastures. Each steak is hand-cut to about 12 to 14 ounces, giving you a thick, satisfying strip with a great balance of tenderness and natural beef flavour.
NY strips come from the short loin, one of the most prized sections of the cow. This cut is known for its firm, meaty texture and bold, clean taste, with just the right amount of marbling along the fat cap. When the cattle are grass fed their whole lives, that flavour becomes even deeper and more natural.
