Our ground chuck is 100% grass fed, coming from the neck and shoulder of the cow where the meat has the richest, most natural flavour. Commercial ground beef is often a mix of random cuts from multiple animals, which is why it cooks watery and tastes inconsistent. Ground chuck is completely different. It has natural marbling, better texture, and deeper flavour because it comes from one premium section of the cow.
