Our grass-fed tri-tip steak is hand-cut to a generous 13–15 oz portion, with a natural grain and light marbling that cooks up juicy when done right. It’s a versatile cut, but most people prefer it grilled or roasted whole, then sliced thin against the grain for maximum tenderness.
Cut from the bottom sirloin, the tri-tip sits near the rear of the cow, right above the flank. It’s a triangular cut that’s known for its balance of tenderness and rich, beefy flavor—leaner than ribeye, but more flavourful than most sirloin cuts.
